FCAA employs over 150 full and part-time employees throughout South Florida, and collaborates with other community organizations and entities in efforts to promote family advocacy, quality of life opportunities for spiritual enhancement, prosperity, cultural preservation, and community development for underserved communities of Florida.

The Legacy Coalition is a youth-focused community dedicated to building a legacy through a Christ-like lifestyle, as a daughter and woman of God. We aim to help young women deconstruct their identities and discover who they are and whose they are in the One who calls them daughter, Jesus. Our focus areas include lifestyle, practicality, identity, progression, community, and mentorship.

One of our key events is "Crowned Conversations." A space to be vulnerable and lay it all on the table. We'll discuss various topics such as identity, building a relationship with God, navigating womanhood, societal expectations/standards, and how to spiritually, emotionally, and mentally show up every day wearing our crown. The goal of Crowned Conversations is about understanding the world's perspective and learning what God says and how He responds.

Our Outreach is specifically tailored for schools, where we aim to equip students to become campus missionaries. We believe that peer-to-peer evangelism is the most effective method for bringing about real change and transformation. All our outreach events are designed to take place on school campuses, such as Bible Clubs. These events are strategically organized to engage students in meaningful conversations about faith and life, creating opportunities for them to encounter God in a personal way.

Our new business launch is JIT APPAREL. J.I.T. Apparel is more than just a clothing brand; it's a movement centered on transforming lives through fabric and creativity in Jesus. Their mission is to see a world encountered with the detail of fabric and creativity in Jesus. The name "J.I.T." reflects our belief that to be transformed by Jesus, one must become like a child. We exist not just to create fashion but to transform individuals and communities. Every design is intentionally inspired by the Holy Spirit to share the gospel of Jesus. Entrepreneurship at Crowns Miami involves the SSAP (Student Start-Up Accelerator Program) and Launches, aimed at cultivating a culture of innovation and business acumen among students. Through SSAP, students receive mentorship, resources, and guidance to develop their business ideas into viable ventures. We create the opportunity for students to showcase and launch their businesses, promoting a skill of entrepreneurship and leadership.
